Dr Shane Moon has been engaged in market research and marketing/brand strategy development in a number of key roles for over a decade.

Holding three separate degrees in psychology and masters of business in strategic management, Shane has extensive experience in neuromarketing, strategic marketing, research and business consulting.  A psychologist by training he applies his craft across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services.

His expertise in understanding consumer & shopper behaviour has seen him involved in managing high level projects across the entire marketing value chain. His expertise is sought in advertising & packaging strategy projects; segmentation & consumer/ shopper profiling projects; retail/ shopper marketing projects; strategic brand management projects; both on the client and agency side. His strong commercial applications of his findings have put him in front of CMO’s, CEO’s and executive boards in Australia, USA and Canada.

Shane has the belief that any work conducted on a strategic level should be designed to meet the objectives of a well-defined brief. In all projects where implementation is critical Shane ensures the right approaches to obtain the right results are the highest priority that will meet client’s expectations – even that means client negotiations on methodology. Because of his ‘right approach’ philosophy to solving business problems Shane has become the go to person in Australia for many new emerging technologies such as eye tracking and applied neuroscience.
