Minsun is the former head of Neo@Ogilvy, Australia, the media division within Ogilvy Group, partnering with large brands such as IBM, Accor and Healthdirect Australia and smaller niche brands like Tourism Fiji and Sage.  She has been in the digital media space for over 15 years in both UK and Australia honing her skills across various agencies including her role as Head of Digital at OMD Australia. Minsun’s focus for Neo@Ogilvy was to deliver the expertise of performance based marketing solutions in the most appropriate channels advertisers can cultivate and measure a return.

Minsun began her digital career in 2000 joining Fairfax Digital as their very first campaign manager. After falling in love with the web and digital media she joined independent agency NetX managing digital and CRM programs for Westpac and Voyages.  Minsun then spent the next 6 years honing her skills at Mindshare and Diffiniti in London before joining Manning Gottlieb OMD as an Account Director. While at MGOMD Minsun led digital account teams across Finance, Auto, FMCG and Telco verticals.

After returning to Sydney she joined Isobar as Client Services Director and then head of the Telstra Digital team at OMD in 2010.  She soon became Head of Digital and was responsible for leading and inspiring 40+ digital stars, driving the OMD digital vision and mission, product innovation and maintaining key client relationships.
