Kylie has more than 25 years of experience in the US working with travel/tourism and luxury brands.

She founded Robertson Solutions in 2003 after more than 10 years working in international PR agencies and in-house at several brands. She has executed successful PR and marketing campaigns during her agency days for organizations including the ATC (the former Tourism Australia), Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Superclubs Resorts, Auberge du Soleil in the Napa Valley, Singapore Tourism Board, Malta, Vanuatu and Regal China Cruises.

She started her career in Perth, Australia at (then) Robertson, Hill & Knowlton while completing her Bachelor Degree.

A student exchange program brought her to the US where she interned at Burson Marsteller in Chicago and worked as a press secretary for a congressman on Capitol Hill.

A “side-trip” to New York has turned into a 25-year career.

In addition to PR agency work, Kylie was Director of Marketing and Communication at the Broadway League for six years where she created the first sponsors for the Broadway industry and the Tony Awards with Visa and Continental Airlines.

Now, as principal at RS she has been Account Director on accounts including Visa Inc., Virgin America, Tourism Queensland, Byron Bay Tourism, Accor Hotels, Destination New South Wales, Hamilton Island, Trip.com, Zillow and Broadway.com. She has built awareness, sales and visitation for RS’s travel and hospitality clients through unprecedented media and marketing opportunities.

Kylie was an Adjunct professor at NYU Stern Business School and has served on the board of Advance in NY – connecting Australians globally.
