Damian is Co-Founder of Common Ventures, a part incubator, part agency using experimentations and lean methodology to solve client problems and create original ideas and products.
Originally from a corporate background at one of Australia’s largest blue chip companies as a Technologist – Damian’s extreme passion for technology and it’s practical application in business, communications, and creativity took him across to world of advertising.
Taking up the role of Digital Strategist at BMF in 2008 then moving to Ogilvy & Mather to work on some of the biggest brands in Australia, including the well awarded 2011 “Share a Coke” campaign for Coca-Cola.
In 2012 he left Ogilvy to co-found Common Ventures – a new style of agency based on lean principles.
He likes reading books, correcting people, playing video games, as well as lecturing regularly for General Assembly in areas such as Product Management.
